If you need to return an item, we'll just need your order number and the email address you used to placed the original order.
 
If you are not totally satisfied with your order, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, the item(s) can be returned for within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund or store credit (excluding original shipping costs, if any). 

If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

International Returns & Exchanges

If you are outside of the US and unsatisfied with your purchase, we can still help!  You can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) as long as the item is in unused condition and original packaging is intact. We just ask that you pay for return shipping.

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
